I spent years building a career as a content and digital marketer, creating resources for both job seekers and employers about best practices in hiring and recruitment.

But honestly, I knew that there was something off about the content I was writing. Because none of this advice worked for me. I spent years figuring out the "rules" of the world of work, and navigating my career using trial and error methods.

Then finally, I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 30. Finally, I understood why traditional career advice never worked for me -- and more importantly, I found the community that I was best positioned to help.
