Why do neurodivergent professionals stay in toxic workplaces?
If any of these resonate with you, keep reading!
Fear of failure
The idea of putting in your best work only for things to not work out is devastating to you.
Rejection sensitivity
You often get your hopes up only to be crushed by disappointment when things don't work out.
Drained energy
At the end of the day, you are completely wiped out, with nothing left in the tank for job hunting.
Lack of resources
Traditional career advice doesn't work for neurodivergent professionals.
Information overload
You get super overwhelmed by the volume of potential scenarios you need to analyze and evaluate.
Risk avoidant
As much as you hate where you are now, it's familiar - and that feels safer than the unknown.

Misfit to Master Plan: How to Build Your Neurodivergent-Friendly Career Strategy
Misfit to Master Plan is an online course for neurodivergent professionals who are ready to stop being bystanders in their own work lives.
The purpose of this course is simple: to help you design a sustainable work life that supports the kind of life you want to live.
Inside, you’ll learn how to...
-
Recognize and disrupt the burnout cycle
- Build strategies to manage executive dysfunction, RSD, and other common ND challenges
- Create a career plan that feels sustainable and affirming — not forced or fakeÂ
-
Make intentional choices about your job, workplace, and career path
-
Create a sustainable work life that gives you more energy for the things that matter most to you
This isn’t about forcing yourself to fit into the mold of a “perfect employee.” It’s about creating a plan that works with your neurodivergence, so you can survive, pay your bills, and still have energy at the end of the day to do what truly makes you fulfilled.Â

Why I built this course
The unemployment rate for neurodivergent professionals is staggering — and that doesn’t even account for the constant job-hopping and cycling that happens because of burnout.
Through my work with neurodivergent professionals all over the world, I’ve seen the same patterns repeat: talented, skilled people struggling not because of ability, but because of inaccessible work environments, poor fit, and lack of support. These struggles aren’t individual flaws — they’re universal experiences in our community.
That’s why I created Misfit to Master Plan: to give neurodivergent professionals the tools, strategies, and clarity to take control of their career transitions and build work lives that are actually sustainable.

About Veronica
Course Creator & Instructor
I'm a career coach that actually gets what it's like to be neurodivergent in the workplace - because I did it for almost 10 years. Despite my best efforts, I kept burning out at different jobs - a shameful secret I had to hide from my employers and colleagues.Â
As a proud ADHDer, my passion is helping my fellow neurodivergent professionals navigate their careers and build sustainable work lives that benefit them - instead of bending over backwards to please others at our own expense.Â
I wish we didn't have to work so hard to earn a living, but that's the world we're in. Being neurodivergent professional is never going to be easy - but there are things we can do to make our lives more manageable, so we have more room for the things that bring us joy.

Here's what neurodivergent experts have to say!

“This is such a refreshing change from courses that claim to be neuro-affirming but lack any insight into neurodivergent struggles.”Â
— Sheridan L, Freely Divergent

"Veronica has pioneered this type of neurodivergent support with this course! I work with many autistic adults and cannot wait to recommend it to them!"
