1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing this course (“Course”), you (“Student”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

 

2. Lifetime Course Access & Community Membership

• Course Materials: You receive lifetime access to all core course content hosted on Kajabi.
  
  
• Community: Access to the private Kajabi community is included for 12 months from your purchase date. After that time, community access may end unless a separate arrangement is offered.
  

 

3. Payment & Enrollment

• The Course is a one-time fee. Kajabi may offer optional payment plans.
  
  
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or Kajabi Payments.
  
  
• No Refunds: All sales are final. By enrolling, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued. 

 

4. Personal Use License & Intellectual Property

• All videos, worksheets, and written materials are the exclusive property of Atypical Careers and are protected by copyright.
  
  
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view, download, and print materials for your own learning.
  
  
• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any portion of the Course materials to others in any form.
  
  

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account.
  
  
• Community participation must remain respectful; harassment or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

 

6. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, email, payment details) to deliver the Course and communicate with you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

 

7. Educational Purpose & Disclaimers

• The Course is for educational and informational purposes only.
  
  
• It does not constitute mental-health, medical, or legal advice.
  
  
• Atypical Careers makes no guarantee of specific outcomes (such as obtaining employment or improving work life). Results depend on your own efforts and circumstances.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atypical Careers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Atypical Careers may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the course site, and continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
