It’s designed to be flexible, accessible, and easy to work through even if you have limited time or energy.

Most people spend 2-3 hours per week on this course, including video lessons, worksheets, and community check-ins. The program is designed to fit into low-spoons schedules.

With that said, you'll benefit from this program as much as you put into it. If you sign up, be ready to do some work!

We meet bi-weekly (every other Tuesday) for live group coaching sessions. These sessions are led by Veronica Yao, a career coach who specializes in supporting neurodivergent work experiences.

Each session includes guided coaching, reflection activities, and space for group support and discussion. You’ll also get access to The Hivemind online community so you can stay supported between sessions.

No worries. All sessions are recorded and sent to every participant afterward.

If you know you’ll miss a session, you can submit your questions ahead of time, and the coach will answer them during the call. You can watch your answer back when the recording is posted.
